REFUND POLICY
Clear terms for paid access.
This policy explains refunds and cancellation for OuiOui paid subscriptions.
Who operates OuiOui
OuiOui is operated by Chengdu Jipai Technology Co., Ltd (成都极派科技有限公司), a limited liability company registered in China. Contact us at [email protected].
First subscription payment
You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within seven days of purchase if no paid image generation has successfully completed. Failed generation attempts alone do not disqualify you. We do not deduct payment processing or refund fees from an approved full refund.
Request a refund
Use Request a refund in Account & membership, or email [email protected] with your purchasing account's email and order reference if available. The membership page opens a prefilled email for you to review and send; opening it does not submit a request. Do not send card details or identity documents. We review the request under this policy and applicable consumer rights.
Renewals and used subscriptions
Renewal payments and used subscriptions are not routinely refunded, except for billing errors, undelivered service or applicable consumer rights.
Cancel renewal
You can cancel renewal through Account & membership before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future subscription charges; it does not automatically refund a payment already made. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the paid period, then returns to Free. Cancellation does not delete existing Looks or Lookbooks, or prevent viewing and sharing them.
Failed generations and billing problems
A generation that fails to deliver a result restores its generation allowance; restoring an allowance is separate from refunding a payment. Contact [email protected] if an unresolved service failure prevents delivery of a purchased service, or if you see a duplicate or incorrect charge. We investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where warranted; confirmed erroneous charges are refunded.
After a refund
If a subscription payment is refunded, paid access ends and unused paid allowances are removed. Saved Looks and Lookbooks remain.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Applicable merchant-of-record requirements also apply. Read our Terms of Service for the subscription and billing terms.
