These terms explain how OuiOui works when you save clothing references, create personal outfit previews, and share a Lookbook.

Who operates OuiOui

OuiOui is operated by Chengdu Jipai Technology Co., Ltd (成都极派科技有限公司), a limited liability company registered in China. Contact us at [email protected].

The service

OuiOui is a browser extension and web service for personal outfit planning. It helps you collect apparel references, create AI-assisted outfit previews, and share Lookbooks for personal styling decisions. OuiOui does not sell or ship clothing.

Your uploads

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload each photo, garment image, and other material. You must be 18 or older and use only your own body photo for AI try-on. Product reference photos may show a retailer’s model; these are used as clothing references, not as the person to recreate.

AI previews

Generated images are visual styling references. They may be inaccurate and do not guarantee color, fit, size, fabric, availability, or how a garment will look in person. Product information and purchase decisions remain your responsibility.

Your responsibility

You agree not to use OuiOui for impersonation, face swapping, deepfakes, harassment, sexual or sexually suggestive content, exploitation of minors, illegal activity, or infringement of another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access when these rules are violated.

Sharing

Lookbooks are shared when you choose to create and send a share link. You are responsible for the people and content you invite. You can revoke a share link and delete your projects and uploads through the available product controls.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro costs US$9.90 per month or US$99 per year, and Ultra US$29.90 per month or US$299 per year, plus applicable taxes shown before purchase. Annual plans are charged in full upfront. Subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or annual frequency until cancelled; the recurring amount, billing frequency and total charge will be shown at checkout. Paid generation allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Annual plans receive the same monthly allowance as the corresponding monthly plan; the annual allowance is not granted upfront. Monthly allowance periods for annual plans begin on the purchase anniversary day, using the last day of shorter months.

Plan allowances

Free includes one Lookbook each calendar week, resetting on Sunday at 00:00 UTC, with up to nine Looks. Pro includes up to 400 Looks and 100 generated images each month, with up to 18 Looks per Lookbook. Ultra includes up to 1,600 Looks and 400 generated images each month, with up to 24 Looks per Lookbook in the current release. Each Maybe Pile holds up to 24 clothing references. Paid plans use one image credit per generated image, containing up to four Looks. Smaller batches also use a full image credit. Free retains one trial Lookbook with up to nine Looks each calendar week. Saved Looks, sharing and Style Vote remain available when your generation allowance is used up.

Cancel renewal

You can cancel renewal through Account & membership before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future subscription charges; it does not automatically refund a payment already made. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the paid period, then returns to Free. Cancelling immediately after paying retains access for the month or year you purchased. Cancellation, downgrading or using up your allowance does not delete existing Looks or Lookbooks, or prevent viewing and sharing them.

Refunds

You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within seven days of purchase if no paid image generation has successfully completed. Use Request a refund in Account & membership, or email [email protected] with your purchasing account's email and order reference if available. Failed generation attempts alone do not disqualify you. We do not deduct payment processing or refund fees from an approved full refund. If that subscription payment is refunded, paid access ends and unused paid allowances are removed; saved Looks and Lookbooks remain. Renewal payments and used subscriptions are not routinely refunded, except for billing errors, undelivered service or applicable consumer rights.

Failed generations and billing problems

A generation that fails to deliver a result restores its generation allowance; restoring an allowance is separate from refunding a payment. Contact [email protected] if an unresolved service failure prevents delivery of a purchased service, or if you see a duplicate or incorrect charge. We investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where warranted; confirmed erroneous charges are refunded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Applicable merchant-of-record requirements also apply.

Third-party providers

To create an AI preview, selected images and instructions may be sent to our image-processing providers. These third-party services process the inputs needed to create your preview under their applicable terms; we do not promise zero retention or no training by third-party providers.
