This policy describes the information OuiOui receives when you use the extension, website, Lookbooks, and account features.

Who is responsible

OuiOui is operated by Chengdu Jipai Technology Co., Ltd (成都极派科技有限公司), a limited liability company registered in China. Contact us at [email protected].

Early Access applications

When you apply, we store your email, public social profile link and the feedback ideas you submit to review your application and contact you about the program. Only designated operators can view applications. Applying does not create an account or a paid subscription. Contact [email protected] to withdraw your application or request deletion.

Account and sign-in information

We process your email address, display name and profile photo, together with the credentials and session information needed to sign you in. Email/password sign-in processes your password through our authentication service; the extension does not save your plaintext password. Google and Apple sign-in provide the account information you authorize. We do not request access to your email inbox, contacts or external messages.

Photos and selected website content

We receive your body photo and the clothing references you submit for try-on, together with styling instructions and generated Looks. Add to OuiOui saves the clothing image, product title, source page and image URLs, available product details and capture time for the item you deliberately select. The extension does not collect a general list of the pages you browse or continuously record your browsing activity. Photos are used for styling, not health assessment.

Lookbooks, messages and activity

We save your occasion choices, Lookbook selections, Wardrobe favourites, generation requests and allowance usage. Style Vote saves participants' names, choices, top-three results and submission times. An optional note you write for your friends is saved with the Lookbook and shown on its invitation. We also receive support messages you send us. These product interactions do not involve general mouse-position, scrolling or keystroke tracking on other websites.

IP addresses and security

Our services process incoming IP addresses and use hashed, IP-derived identifiers to limit repeated sign-in, access-code and reporting attempts and prevent abuse. Hosting services may also process request and security logs. We do not request browser geolocation or GPS coordinates, and do not use IP addresses to build location-based advertising profiles.

How we use it

OuiOui's single purpose is to help you choose what to wear or buy by collecting selected clothing references, creating personal outfit previews, and sharing Lookbooks for style feedback. We limit our collection, use and transfer of user data to this purpose and related account, storage, support, security and service-reliability functions. OuiOui does not sell user data, use it for personalized advertising, creditworthiness or lending, or use customer photos to train a general-purpose model.

Google API data and Limited Use

OuiOui's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy. Google sign-in provides your email address, display name and profile photo to create, secure and identify your OuiOui account and to display your profile on invitations you choose to share. OuiOui stores these fields with your account and sends them to its authentication and application database services for those purposes. It does not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or external messages, and this account information is not included as account data in AI image-generation requests. You can revoke OuiOui's Google access from your Google Account permissions; deleting your OuiOui account removes the OuiOui account copy of these fields, subject to the retention limits described below.

Service providers and access

We send service providers the information needed to operate hosting, authentication, private storage, email delivery and requested image processing. We do not transfer user data to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers. Disclosures may also be necessary to comply with law or protect against fraud and abuse. Human access to user content is limited to your specific consent, necessary security or legal purposes, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations. AI-provider processing boundaries are explained below.

AI processing

When you request a live preview, the selected person photo, clothing references, and styling instructions are transmitted to the configured image provider. Provider retention, onward processing and training practices have not yet been verified by OuiOui; do not assume immediate deletion or zero retention. A demo may use no AI provider.

Request safety checks

Before a new AI generation, the generation instructions are sent to a content-screening service. This text-only check does not receive your photos, account email or profile. Instructions may include limited product details in older try-on requests. We keep the decision, request identifier, timestamp and a text fingerprint with the generation record. Screening-service retention has not been independently verified; this check does not establish photo ownership or age.

In your browser

The extension saves your body photo and Maybe Pile in browser storage for reuse. Collecting an image with Add to OuiOui does not itself request AI generation. Clicking Try on sends the selected images and instructions for processing. Forget saved body photo removes the reusable browser copy, not photos already submitted with earlier projects.

Acquisition and service measurement

On landing and setup pages we retain limited campaign labels and a random first-party source token for up to 30 days; anonymous daily campaign totals remain after tokens expire. A new extension installation can open our setup page and pass that token back to connect the source to your account after sign-in. We separately count store clicks, extension-reported installation events, verified registrations, first published results, successful payments and refunds for internal operations. We do not read other browsing activity, infer a source from IP addresses, or share these measurements with advertising platforms. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable optional browser source capture. Unbound accounts remain unknown; this does not affect access or allowances. Account source and success records are removed on account deletion; limited billing records may be retained for accounting, with account links removed.

Storage and sharing

Body photos, clothing references and generated images are private by default. Your display name and profile photo identify you on invitations; their preview is visible before the access code is entered. A Lookbook becomes accessible to people who receive its share link and access code. Voting results are visible within that Lookbook. Do not include private information in a Lookbook you intend to share.

Payments and subscriptions

Dodo Payments provides hosted checkout and subscription billing for OuiOui. We send your account email, display name and internal order references to create a checkout. Dodo collects the payment details and billing information needed to process payments and calculate tax. OuiOui receives order and subscription identifiers, payment status, billing dates and refund or cancellation records to manage membership and support billing enquiries. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Photos and Lookbooks are not sent for payment processing.

Your controls

You can revoke an invitation, delete a generated look or an inactive Lookbook, and delete your account in Account settings. Removing a Wardrobe favorite only removes the favorite; it does not erase the original look. Forget saved body photo removes the reusable browser copy. Deleting an account removes its active OuiOui records and private image files and disables its shared links. Updated extensions clear local account data after they reconnect and verify deletion; offline or older installations may require local removal. Contact [email protected] for help.

Retention and copies

We keep saved Lookbooks and their image references while you use them, until you delete them or your account. A deletion from OuiOui does not establish that external AI-provider logs, media, or backups have been erased. Provider-specific retention and deletion arrangements are still being verified. We do not promise immediate erasure of every copy. Limited security or billing records may be retained when required by law or to prevent abuse.

Children

OuiOui is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not submit images of minors for outfit previews.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version will always be available at ouioui.club/privacy.
